How long does it take to dry?
Drying time depends on the thickness of your carpet, its condition and the ventilation available in your house. It takes about 2 to 3 hours for the carpet to dry. The process can be reduced by the way we clean carpets.
What kind of solutions or chemicals do you use?

Do you move furniture?
For your convenience, we will move sofas, tables and chairs. We do not move beds, dressers, china cabinets, pianos or electronics. You should move any breakables things from the carpet.

Yes. Absolutely! We will clean your carpet for free or money back if you are not satisfied with our service
What method of cleaning do you use?
We use the hot water extraction cleaning method that is recommended by most of largest carpet manufacturers.
How often should I have my carpet professionally cleaned?
It depends on how much activity you have in your home and how much traffic your carpet gets. Usually the carpet nearest to the front door is the one that gets the most traffic. We recommend professionally carpet cleaning should be done every 6 to 12 months.
How shall I prepare before you arrive?
We recommend that you vacuum your carpets before we arrive. Make sure that everything has been picked up from the floor, such as toys, coins, pins, etc. Also, please remove all breakables such as photo frames, statues, lamps, etc.
